One sneaky part of overwhelm? We’re terrible at estimating how long things actually take. So tasks feel huge ➝ we delay them ➝ then rush through them only when they’re absolutely unavoidable… instead of doing them when they could easily fit into our day. That’s why I started soft timing my tasks. No pressure. No productivity Olympics. I just put on music (or a timer) and notice how long things really take. What I learned changed everything ⏱️✨ Almost everything takes less time than my brain tell
