A lot of people make the mistake of wanting a perfect muscle up when first learning it, but learning that way will take a lot longer. Also, I learnt muscle ups the chicken arm way, then got 2 chicken arm muscle ups, and when I got 3, I was able to get 1 clean muscle up with both arms going over at the same time. Arnold ain’t got nothin’ on him 😤 I’m not sure whether to be impressed, scared, or both 😅 This little boy of ours works so hard to learn and grow. He’s so careful and thoughtful with the challenging situations he puts himself in, and while it seems he has no fear, he just has a really good understanding of what he’s capable of doing.
