Easy Round Tenon Cutting on Square Lumber Using a Router Table. If you want to cut round tenons on square lumber, here’s a method you might want to try! The size of the lumber is determined by the diameter of the hole in the jig, but if you’re making short tenons, it’s safe and easy to do using a router table.
