President Adama Barrow has made significant strides in advancing education in The Gambia today. He has officially commissioned Lot 2 of the University of The Gambia (UTG). This development is part of the government's efforts to enhance tertiary education. The UTG Faraba campus expansion project is funded by The Gambia Government in collaboration with BADEA and the Islamic Development Bank, aiming to increase the university's capacity and produce highly skilled practitioners.
